Vertical Thermal Oil Boiler
1.Introduction:
Our company developed secondary circulation system for wood based industry. According to the difference temperature for each press, our boiler can produce several or even a dozen different temperature. This kind of boiler got the "bottom-up combustion and rotary combustion" patented technology and will burn waste wood, sanding powder and other process wood wastes to produce high temperature heating for hot press equipment. The flue gas can be directly used in the wood drying equipment after it is de-dusted and filtered. The waste generated in the process can be fully utilized to maximize the overall thermal efficiency of the thermal energy center (energy plant), and the utilization rate can reach more than 85%.
2.Features:
1. Applicable to a wide range of fuels. Vertical cylinder type furnace can be equipped with chain grate, fixed grate and reciprocating grate for wood-based panel industry with different fuel requirements, especially for sanding powder combustion.
2. New structure. There is a large furnace space inside. There is unique coil structure so that the thermal efficiency of the furnace gives full play.
3. Burns well. Due to the rational arrangement of sanding powder nozzle, the sanding powder spirally rises in the hearth, and the smoke stays in the hearth for a long time to burn the sanding powder wholly.
4. Not easy to coking. Using a unique sanding powder injection technology, flue gas flow to the furnace was longitudinal erosion; sanding powder is not easy to knot in the furnace tube. The flue gas flow spirals upward in the furnace, forming a negative pressure zone in the center of the furnace, reducing the amount of dust.
5. Adopts a unique top coil technology to ensure that the hearth will never collapse
