Introduction of pipeline heater
Pipeline heater is a kind of electric heating device, which is installed in a tubular heat preservation container and used to heat gas and liquid. The pipeline heater has the characteristics of fast heating speed, good heat preservation performance and high heating temperature. The pipeline heater is a kind of energy saving equipment which pre-heats the material. It is installed before the material equipment to realize the direct heating of the material so that to make it cycle heating in high temperature, and finally achieve the purpose of energy saving.
Product application:
The pipeline heater can heat the medium from the initial temperature to the required temperature, up to 500 ºC. It has been widely used in aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry, universities and many other scientific research and production laboratories. It is especially suitable for automatic temperature control and large flow high temperature combined system and accessory test. The heating medium of the product is non-conductive, non combustion, non explosion, non chemical corrosiveness, non pollution, safe and reliable, and the heated space is heated rapidly (controllable).

Common faults and maintenance:
Fault 1: the digital display does not work. Check whether the air switch is closed and whether the control circuit is intact.
Fault 2: heater temperature does not rise. Check whether the fuse is in good condition and whether the electric air heater is damaged?
Fault three: three phase imbalance. Check whether the three-phase incoming line voltage is lack of phase. Open the protective cover of the electric air heater, and check whether the single electric heating element is open circuit with a millimeter.
