In the second edition of Boiler India, Maxima Boilers will be exhibiting their new sister branch, known as Maxima Steam Works, based out of Pune. With the vision of providing a one-stop solution, from steam generation to distribution, control to recovery, they provide products which are efficient and easy to install, Maxima Group will offer complete solutions under one roof. 

Both the Maxima group companies, together work from generation to recovery - Maxima Boiler works to provide the products like steam boilers and thermic fluid heaters and also spares and services and accessories, whereas, Maxima Steam Works offers products in steam generation and boiler house control, process and temperature control, etc. Rashmi Pillai, Executive Manager of Maxima group, spoke exclusively to Machine Maker about their participation at the Boiler India exhibition organised by Orangebeak Technologies.

“At Boiler India, the objective is to provide a single-stop solution to the customers, so as to make their life and the whole process of setting up a plant and a steam house and boiler house more efficient”, said Rashmi Pillai. In the inaugural edition of Boiler Expo in 2020, Maxima Boilers participated, but this year the impact Maxima is going to make as a group is going to be very impactful for the industry. as a group of two companies, Maxima Boilers and Maxima Steam Works.

“In Boiler India 2022, the advantage of Maxima as a group company will be exhibiting a wide range of our products to show our ‘end-to-end steam & boiler house solutions’ capabilities”, said Rashmi Pillai. Maxima Steam Works CEO Narpendra Singh will be presenting at the seminar, on the topic ‘Steam and Condensate Optimization in Steam Plants’ to give more visibility to Steam Works as a brand. 

Rashmi Pillai further added, “We will be showcasing different models of our boilers so that the visitors can explore the right product for their applications." Maxima Group will exhibit their existing product range with some featural changes with the changing requirements of the industry. According to Rashmi Pillai, every boiler looks similar, but their features and the ultimate benefit that the customer can gain, are critical, and at Boiler India the customers will have the benefit of experiencing it live.

Maxima is one of the few companies in the world providing A-Z solutions and is focused on the ‘Made in India’ initiative, right from designing to execution, everything is done in India. Rashmi Pillai focuses on the fact that Maxima uses customer feedback to improve and design their products and make them efficient for them. Therefore, all the changes made to their products have come directly from their customers. 

Maxima Steam Works division has been designed in such a way, so as to avoid customer pain points, especially in bigger plants, where there are many steam products lined up in the plant, informed Rashmi. Maxima engages directly with the customers, providing end-to-end communication between the service engineer and the user. This is the best way to get user feedback according to Rashmi Pillai. 

Rashmi points out, “After covid, it has been challenging for us to get back on track and meet new people in the industry, but platforms like Boiler India are very important to our industry. We are definitely excited to meet new people from our sector and learn a lot from industry experts, as well as connect with internal and external clients." 

Maxima Group is looking forward to showcasing its technologically advanced boilers and allied services at the Boiler India exhibition, increasing its reach, meeting its customers face-to-face, with different challenges and how Maxima can work to find solutions for them.
